Audiologist/Hearing Aid Dispenser

We’re looking for an ambitious individual to join our Haywards Heath store as a qualified full-time Hearing Aid Dispenser (HAD). In this role, you’ll be dispensing hearing aids to customers who have hearing difficulty, and delivering top-notch customer service every single time. You’ll have access to high-quality equipment and be part of a professional and welcoming environment, and with support from our expert team to help keep you progressing. This is a varied role which includes a mix of store based clinics and Home Visits.

We're recruiting for our Haywards Heath Hub with a dedicated audiology test room.

We are recruiting a forward-thinking HAD to provide care to patients across their stores. Within this role, you will perform hearing tests and advise which of our competitively priced hearing aids is best, to ensure each customer receives the first-class experience they expect. We also offer wax removal, so the microsuction/wax removal qualification is advantageous.

We do need you to have a couple of things to get started in this role. 

Firstly, you’ll need to be a qualified HAD. You’ll also need to have great attention to detail, be a motivated team worker, and keen to develop. As this role requires travel to multiple locations, you must be able to drive and have access to a vehichle. Wax removal qualifications are also advantageous,
