Specsavers are launching a brand-new 18-month Audiology Graduate Programme, designed for graduates ready to take the next step in their career. Whether you graduated this year or in recent years and haven’t yet worked with Specsavers, this is your chance to join a programme that opens doors to incredible opportunities.
Upon successful completion, you’ll be eligible to apply for Partner positions in high street stores and domiciliary businesses (home visits) across the UK, with the opportunity to run your own business. Based in a hosting store or a domiciliary business (home visits) and supported by our existing partners, their teams, and colleagues, you’ll receive comprehensive training and access to development opportunities that will enhance your clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen.

To apply, you will need:
- HCPC Registration as an Audiologist or Hearing Dispenser, or currently studying for an audiology degree and due to qualify and register with the HCPC by September 2026
- Full UK Driving license
- Right to work in the UK.
- A passion for maintaining high-quality clinical and retail standards.
- The ability to combine leadership, business acumen, and clinical skills effectively.
