Salary: Up to £50,000 Basic + Dividends

Specsavers Totton are looking for an experienced Retailer to become the new Audiology Retail Partner, Director, and Business Owner. Grow your own business, look after your customers, serve your community, create an asset for your family’s future and enjoy the profits of all your hard work.

This opportunity is an existing standalone audiology business with an existing network of stores and is looking to grow. It already has a customer database and clinical administration team. It requires an initial investment to purchase the shares, you will receive a guaranteed salary and collect profits as dividends. Your focus will be on leading the business in a retail function and grow the store even further. If you have a strong background of leadership, management, and commercial in a retail environment, this could be the opportunity for you.
