Benefits Analyst

ContractTypeAndDuration

Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

The role

Ready to use your technical expertise to ensure that employee benefits are delivered accurately, compliantly and on time across the business? We have an opportunity to join the team on a fixed term basis until July 2027, based in Nottingham or Whiteley on a hybrid basis, working in the office up to 3 days per week.

As a Technical Benefits Analyst, you’ll be the technical specialist within the Benefits team, providing end-to-end support for employee benefits across the UK, Republic of Ireland and Channel Islands. You’ll play a key role in ensuring Benefit in Kind (BIK) processes are accurate, compliant and efficient, while acting as a trusted escalation point for complex benefit queries.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, payroll services and compliance teams, you’ll be responsible for benefits reporting, coordination and submission of year end data and monthly payroll processing and reconciliation in relation to employee benefits. You’ll analyse and interpret complex data from multiple sources to support decision making and ensure that our processes remain robust and aligned with evolving legislation.

You’ll take ownership of Benefit in Kind calculations and reporting, including P11D and PSA submissions, and act as the main point of contact for benefit related queries. By liaising with HMRC, suppliers and internal teams, you’ll help resolve issues efficiently and ensure accurate data capture across the business.

This role also involved reconciling benefit data between Store Partners, third parties and internal systems. Identifying discrepancies and working collaboratively to resolve them. You’ll create and maintain clear self-help tools and communications, supporting colleagues and improving understanding of employee benefits.

We’re looking for someone experienced in benefit processing with strong and up to date benefits knowledge, excellent attention to details and advanced Excel skills. You’ll be self-motivated, organised and comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with the confidence to engage with stakeholders and provide a high standard of customer service.

If you enjoy working with complex data, keeping processes compliant, and making a real impact behind the scenes, this could be the perfect role for you.

This role closes on 14th May 2026. So don’t delay your application, apply now – you’ll be glad you did.
