Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge and lead a team to drive impactful change at Specsavers? We have two newly created roles and are looking for passionate and experienced Senior Business Change Managers to join our Global Business Change team.
In this role, you'll be reporting to the Head of Business Change and Special Projects, and you'll be at the forefront of major change initiatives. You'll lead a team of talented business change managers, ensuring that our business readiness capabilities are top-notch. Your day-to-day will involve defining and leading change impact assessments, planning and executing business change activities like communications, user acceptance testing, and training. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring these activities are carried out using the best business change frameworks and tools.
You'll also be building and maintaining strong relationships with regional and local stakeholders, coordinating and delivering business change activities to ensure successful adoption of changes. Plus, you'll be working closely with other leaders within the Business Change team to keep pushing forward our ambitions to grow Specsavers' change awareness and capabilities. This includes contributing to the ongoing development of our change frameworks, coaching and mentoring change leaders across Specsavers, and staying up-to-date with the latest change best practices.
If you have experience leading a business through periods of change and through large transformation projects, a deep understanding of change management best practices, and strong stakeholder engagement skills, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone who can influence and break down resistance to change, lead and mentor teams, and has great planning and organisational skills. Exceptional communication skills are key, as you'll need to flex and adapt your approach to suit different audiences.

Exceptional communication skills are key, as you'll need to flex and adapt your approach to suit different audiences. Additionally, you will need to be comfortable working in ambiguity, able to work independently, and be a self-starter. Due to many upcoming projects involving introducing new systems and processes, technical expertise is crucial so experience in technology-related change management would be desirable.
Join us at Specsavers and be part of a team that's making a real difference and driving change together!
You will need to be within a commutable distance to our Whiteley office and be prepared to attend the office a couple of days a week, with flexibility.
