As a Call Centre and Admin Assistant Supervisor at Specsavers, you’ll be organised and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration including NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store’s success.

What we’re looking for?

• A back ground in admin or working in a call centre.
