Your responsibilities will include answering all telephone calls in a prompt, clear and friendly manner, transferring calls efficiently, responding to customer queries, and ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments.

Our newly refurbished store in Royton is conveniently located on Market Street, with ample public parking available nearby.

We have a wonderful team of dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.

What we’re looking for?   

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as Call Centre Assistant. These include:   

  • Customer service experience in an office or retail environment
  • Strong and effective communication skills. 
  • A keen eye for detail.
