As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you don’t need to have previous optical experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

What we’re looking for?
Some of the responsibilities of this role include:
- Taking and making calls in a professional and friendly manner
- Rescheduling appointments
- Providing support to the administration team
- Liaising with other stores. suppliers and healthcare settings
- Updating the computer system accurately
