Clinical Assistant-

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Clinical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Clinical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team. You'll be responsible for: 

• Conductings de pre-testing for the contact lens department 
• Contact lens admin
• Showing people how to use contact lenses for the first time
• Explaining the features and benefits of our subscription platform
• Performing hearcare screening checks

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:   

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
• Experience in optics business 
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical terminology
