We're looking for a caring and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Contact Lens Assistant. Whether you already have experience in a similar role or are looking to take the next step in your customer service career, we'll provide the support and training you need to succeed.

We're looking for passionate, hardworking individuals with previous optical or customer service experience who are ready to confidently welcome customers and provide outstanding support from the moment they walk through our doors. This role will have a strong focus on contact lenses, supporting customers with their lens choices, fittings, and ongoing care, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident with their vision solutions.
And once you’ve found your feet, you won’t just have to stop there. We have plenty of professional training and development in other business areas, as well as the support of experienced Opticians and Technicians supporting you on your journey. Made up of experienced optical professionals, retail specialists, and support colleagues, the team works closely together to create a positive and efficient working environment. • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
• Experience in optics, contact lenses or Audiology business 
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
