The role
We’re on the lookout for someone who’s passionate about making things better—smarter, smoother, and more sustainable. Our Retail Efficiencies Team is all about helping our stores thrive. We work hand-in-hand with store teams and operational leaders to uncover smarter ways of working, using data, practical tools, and a whole lot of collaboration. It’s about improving performance, enhancing customer experience, and making sure our processes are consistent and confident.
In this newly created position, you’ll be the driving force behind how we govern and deliver improvement across our support offices & retail stores. You’ll create frameworks that help us prioritise the right things, make sound decisions, and track our progress. You’ll make sure our efforts align with the bigger picture—so that every change we make is not just clever, but lasting. You’ll also build the tools and standards that help us stay transparent, accountable, and always learning.
You’ll lead deep dives into data to uncover what’s really going on, run workshops that bring people together to solve problems, and map out processes so we know exactly where we’re starting from. You’ll support our CI Engagement Lead in building a culture of improvement, manage quick-win projects, and work closely with our Commercial Project Managers on bigger initiatives..
We need you to bring a solid understanding of change and project management and a Green belt in Lean Six Sigma qualification. An analytical mind, be able to influence and communicate clearly at all levels. You’ll be tech-savvy, organised, and have strong continuous improvement experience.
This role is a 12 month FTC.
