The role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, answering questions, resolving, issues, and making sure every interaction is a positive one.  You’ll use a variety of communication methods and tools to keep things running smoothly and professionally. 

 

The role isn’t just about answering phones, it’s about building trust with our customers.  You’ll be supported to grow your skills, stay up to date with our products and systems, and contribute to a team that values open communication, collaboration and continuous improvement. 

 

If you’ve got a “customer first” mindset, strong communication skills, and enjoy working independently and part of a team, we’d love to hear from you. 

 

This role is a 6 month fixed term contract for maternity cover, based on site in Kidderminster, working 8am till 4pm, with the flexibility to work ad-hoc weekends when needed to provide cover for colleagues.
