Customer Service Apprentice - Optics, Weston Super Mare

So, you’re a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve ever considered a career in optics, this Customer Service Apprentice role could be perfect for you.  

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

• £7.55 per hour
• Full time – 39 hours with weekend working

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as a Customer Service Apprentice. These include:  

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers’ lives easier 
• Ability to prioritise your workload and stay focussed
• Confidence in using IT systems (some work will involve multiple computer screens)
• Comfortable speaking on the phone
• Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new 
• Ability to multi-task and work independantly
