Specsavers Technology Customer Service Desk is the primary and single point of contact to meet the IT needs of users in all our lines of business, Including Optics, Domiciliary, The Technology Customer Service Desk provides level 1 and level 2 resolution which includes receipt and creation of call logs through to remote fixes for all users. The Technology Customer Service Desk is open 7 days per week, 364 days per year.

And right now, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about delivering brilliant customer service to join our Technology Customer Service team. Whether it’s a store colleague needing urgent IT support or a lab technician with a technical hiccup, you’ll be the friendly face (or voice) they turn to.

 

This isn’t your average IT support role. You’ll start as a Trainee Analyst and grow into a Technology Customer Service Analyst, becoming the go-to person for diagnosing and resolving technical issues. You’ll be right there on the front line—answering calls, chatting with colleagues, and even helping walk-ups in person. It’s all about making sure every interaction leaves our internal customers feeling supported, understood, and smiling.

You’ll be working with a wide range of people across the business, so your ability to communicate clearly—especially without the tech jargon—will be key. You’ll take ownership of issues, keep people updated, and work hard to meet our service targets. And as you grow, you’ll help shape how we do things—suggesting improvements, creating helpful guides, and making our service even better.
