 As a Customer Service Representative, you don’t need to have previous optics experience, you just need to be prepared to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team, making sure every patient receives the best care in our stores.

What we’re looking for?

• Prioritise tasks and efficiently manage a changing workload
• Maintaining accuracy & attention to detail.
• To have an organised, pro-active approach is key – a skilled Administrator who’s flexible and understands the changing needs of the store.
