ContractTypeAndDuration

Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

The role

This is a 12m secondment.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced data compliance professional to make a direct impact on the success of Specsavers' apprenticeship programmes. Joining our Apprenticeship team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring apprenticeship data is accurate, compliant and audit-ready, helping colleagues across the business access valuable development opportunities while supporting the effective use of apprenticeship funding.

You'll take ownership of apprenticeship data compliance throughout the learner journey, overseeing the accuracy and integrity of learner records, supporting monthly data returns and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Working closely with stakeholders, you'll prepare for audits and inspections, identify risks and process improvements, and produce reporting that provides clear insight and supports informed decision-making across the programme.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring experience from an apprenticeship, further education or training provider environment, with a strong understanding of ILR data specifications, apprenticeship funding rules and compliance requirements. You'll be highly organised, analytical and detail-focused, with the confidence to manage complex data, present findings to stakeholders and influence positive outcomes. Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential, while experience using Power BI would be advantageous.

You'll join a supportive team where your expertise will have a genuine impact on the quality, compliance and success of our apprenticeship provision. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders, develop your knowledge and contribute to a business committed to helping people reach their potential. If you're looking for a role where you can combine compliance expertise, data insight and stakeholder engagement to make a meaningful difference, we'd love to hear from you.

As an inclusive employer, we value diversity and are committed to creating a workplace where everyone can thrive. We are happy to consider flexible working arrangements wherever possible.
