Data Delivery Manager - Remote

As the Data Delivery Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading data-focused delivery teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality data products and services.
You'll oversee the delivery of a range of data projects. You'll manage changes in delivery scope or requirements, negotiate with business stakeholders, and organise delivery meetings and agile ceremonies. Your role will involve planning, executing, and maintaining delivery plans, balancing capacity and demand effectively, and proactively mapping and managing interdependencies. You'll collaborate with product, service, and technical owners to refine and prioritise backlogs, ensuring alignment with business outcomes. Additionally, you'll monitor tasks, milestones, and resources, provide regular reports and updates, and ensure solutions are fully tested.
We're seeking a qualified professional with experience delivering data products and services in a matrix team. You should have a proven track record of delivering data projects in a fast-moving and demanding environment. Experience with multiple delivery processes and methodologies, both Agile and Waterfall, is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills, along with organisational and time management skills, are crucial. Certifications such as Agile Fundamentals, CAPM, Foundation Certificate in Scrum, or PRINCE2 are desirable.
