To help them interact with data in ways that help to improve our efficiency and enable better data driven decision making. You’ll ensure our best-in-class data platform and analytics tools aren’t just available—they’re actively driving change.

Imagine being the person who turns complexity into clarity. You’ll lead on tool strategy, champion best practice, and inspire a culture of analytics discovery. From running drop-in sessions and webinars to developing proof-of-concepts that show what’s possible, you’ll empower teams to take ownership of their data journey. This role is about influence, collaboration, and making a tangible impact on how the business operates day-to-day.

We’re looking for someone with technical skills—SQL, Python and experience with modern, cloud-first solutions. You’ll need to be a brilliant communicator, confident in challenging the status quo, and passionate about helping others succeed. If you’ve worked in retail, used Databricks, or explored advanced analytics techniques, that’s a bonus. But what matters most is your curiosity, collaborative approach, and ability to drive meaningful change.
