The team here at Congleton is family run so whilst you have the all of the perks of working for Specsavers such as support with pathway and other higher accreditations, expect this to feel more like an independent. There are team members who have been here over 30 years with a mixture of experience in store. The team love to spend time outside of work where possible, whether that's at the local Wetherspoons, for a delicious curry night or to catch a film at the Cinema.  

The Directors are very people focused as they understand you have a life outside of work, so they would and would love to work with you, whether that's later start times, less weekend working or part-time - we'd love to make this work for you.
