Specsavers in Flint, North Wales, are looking to add another Dispensing Optician to their thriving store. The focus at this practice, is about pulling together and working as a team to ensure that our valued patients have an excellent experience. Become our new Dispensing Optician at Specsavers in Flint – a highly successful store with a great reputation for staff progression and staff retention. We enjoy diverse clinics; our patients come to us with a variety of eye conditions. We have 3 test rooms and access to the latest clinical technology (including OCT), and we have fully trained Optometrists and Optical Assistants, so everything will be in place to let you focus on what you do best.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and an excellent understanding of both the optics and audiology customer journeys.
