Our Store

We are looking for a Dispensing Optician Manager who will go the extra mile for our customers and someone who encourages their colleagues to do the same. Located just 4 miles west of Grangemouth, Falkirk is a town with a rich history and plenty of local memorabilia to explore. Visitors can enjoy browsing through unique retailers and cafes, all offering exceptional customer service. Plus, with free parking, it's the perfect place to stop and take a break. We have a wonderful team in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.  Our Dispensing Opticians are an integral part of our store team, so we’re keen to get you up to speed. With ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway) all available to explore. Along with your clinical and retail expertise – this will stand you in good stead if you choose to become a store director yourself one day.

We do need you to have a few skills to get started in this role. Firstly, you’ll need a BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing and an excellent understanding of both the optics and audiology customer journeys.
