Position: Dispensing Optician Manager
Location: Brixton, London
Package up to £43k - Salary between £33,000 - £38,000 depending on experience, plus additional annual bonus
Working hours: Full Time
Experience level: GOC registered Dispensing Optician, with experience as a Dispensing Optician or experience as a Dispensing Optician Manager

About The Role

Brixton is hard not to love, with its vibrant area and a cultural hub at the end of the southern Victoria line. Specsavers in Brixton have an exciting opportunity for a Dispensing Optician Manager to join their team, whether you are already a Dispensing Optician Manager or are a Dispensing Optician looking to take the next step. Our store is very fast paced with a lot of customers to connect with, making your working day go by very quickly and working with a great close-knit experienced team of 26 in total, who are always on hand to support.

Your role will involve conducting training, 1-2-1's with your team, keeping remakes down and opening and closing the store. You will also have the support of the partners who are very hands on, leaving you to do what you do best.
