Position: Dispensing Optician Manager

Salary: £35,000 per annum (subject to experience) plus bonus

Specsavers, Crewe have an opportunity for either an experienced Dispensing Optician Manager or an experienced Dispensing Optician looking to take the next step in their career.
Crewe has 2 assistant managers, 3 supervisors and a Contact Lens department manager. We are an established and sociable team of 21, 9 resident Optometrists, 3 pre-reg Optometrists, 5 colleagues who support our Audiology department and 4 supportive partners. We have recently been out to an escape room, bowling and go karting!
We have a great network of Managers across our 3 stores. To help you get the most out of your role, we conduct weekly manager meetings where you can share ideas with your colleagues.
We are also passionate about development and have home grown talent from progression pathway for Dispensing Opticians, Apprenticeships, specialist ABDO pathway qualifications, leadership qualifications, clinical development and accreditations and we are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to support our ethos. One of our store partners is a Specsavers Pathway to Partnership Assessor giving an individual insight into becoming a Specsavers Partner if this is a goal of yours.
