Full Time, Permanent

The role

At Specsavers, we’re on a mission to change lives through better sight and hearing. We do this by delivering outstanding value, being loved by every customer, and creating a workplace where every colleague feels proud to belong.

As we grow, we’re looking for someone special to join us as a Divisional Partner Development Lead, a brand new role designed to make a real difference. This isn’t just about ticking boxes, it’s about inspiring and engaging our Partners to become the best leaders they can be. You’ll be the local face of partner leadership development, building strong relationships and tailoring support to meet individual needs. Whether it’s guiding someone through their first steps into partnership or helping an established leader broaden their skills, you’ll be there coaching, advising, and championing growth.

You’ll work closely with retail support teams to spot common gaps and create bespoke development plans. From delivering impactful sessions in person or virtually to facilitating external content, you’ll make learning engaging and accessible. You’ll also be the go to expert for leadership development, promoting our “always on” offer and championing Specsavers7, our global skills matrix.

Success in this role means driving engagement across your division, reporting on progress, and ensuring every region has a tailored plan. It’s about being proactive, credible, and passionate about helping others succeed.

To thrive here, you’ll need a deep understanding of the Specsavers partnership, experience working one to one with Partners, and the confidence to navigate challenging conversations with empathy and honesty. Strong presentation skills, commercial awareness, and flawless organisation are a must.

If you’re ready to make an impact, nurture talent, and help shape the future of Specsavers leadership, we’d love to hear from you.
