The role
As an EOS Service Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of shaping and growing our NHS partnerships. You’ll take the lead in identifying opportunities, developing, maintaining, and managing NHS services.
You’ll be the go-to expert for managing and growing our NHS Services. From nurturing long-term relationships with commissioners, Prime providers, trusts and other key stakeholders to identifying new opportunities.
You’ll be at the forefront of our mission to expand and enhance community healthcare. You’ll work closely with internal teams and store partners, translating NHS developments into clear actions that drive growth and protect our services all whilst matching with competing priorities, highlighting the business benefit and aligning to wider business strategy.
This role is all about impact. You’ll enhance our reputation as a trusted NHS provider by building strong, strategic relationships. Support our Retail Support Team with data-driven insights, and drive service redesigns that unlock growth. You’ll also identify new business opportunities and work with key stakeholders to bring them to life.
But it’s not just about growth, you’ll protect and retain our contracts by challenging decisions, resolving issues, and ensuring NHS standards are upheld. Your voice will be key in influencing commissioning decisions and shaping the future of community healthcare.
You’ll need a deep understanding of NHS commissioning, and service pathways as well as experience of working in the NHS or as part of a private provider of NHS services. Strong commercial acumen, and the confidence to lead through complexity. If you’re a natural relationship builder with a passion for healthcare innovation and a knack for turning insight into action, we’d love to hear from you.
