The role

Ready to keep high-volume transactions accurate, timely and running smoothly while turning data into valuable insight?

As a Finance Analyst, you’ll support our financial operations by ensuring transactions are processed accurately, efficiently and on time. From revenue and cash to intercompany activity, your work is central to maintaining the integrity and performance of our financial data.

Working collaboratively with the wider team, you’ll analyse and reconcile transactional data at both store and group level, identifying trends and highlighting potential risks or issues so appropriate action can be taken. You’ll also process intercompany recharge requests within the general ledger, working closely with cost centre managers and store directors to resolve exceptions and promote best practice across the business.

You’ll partner with finance teams to resolve queries, support the accurate processing of support office and store-level recharge requests, and ensure centralised costs are allocated correctly and consistently across the Group. You’ll review file errors to understand delays or non-compliant submissions and work proactively with stakeholders to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies. Alongside this, you’ll carry out reconciliations and maintain clear audit trails to ensure financial records remain robust and compliant.

You’ll also contribute to project work and continuous improvement initiatives, helping to embed new systems, processes and controls while consistently meeting SLAs, KPIs and customer service expectations.

We’re looking for someone who is either currently studying towards, or interested in starting, a professional accounting qualification (AAT, CIMA, or ACCA) and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’ll bring strong analytical skills, a proactive approach, and a solid understanding of finance processes and accounting principles. You’ll communicate confidently with stakeholders, know when to escalate issues, and have a good working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and XLOOKUPs.

This role closes on 4th June 2026: however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. Apply now – you’ll be pleased that you did.
