The role

Ready to turn data into insights, solve complex problems, and make every number count?

As an FSS Analyst, you’ll be part of a team that ensures billing for NHS, Optical, Audiology, and other services is always accurate and on schedule. You’ll play a key role in keeping our billing operations running seamlessly. From extracting and validating data from patient systems to preparing and submitting invoices, your attention to detail will help keep everything on track. You’ll also assist with calculating monthly accruals, deferred income, and commissions, all while staying aligned with company standards and HMRC regulations.

You’ll be the go-to person for investigating and resolving billing queries, reconciling accounts, and analysing discrepancies. Your Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and Index/Match, will help you turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive smarter decisions

We’re looking for someone with solid finance or billing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and consistently delivers high volumes of work with accuracy. You’ll need a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team. If you’re an effective communicator, take initiative, and enjoy finding smart solutions, we’d love to hear from you.

This role closes on 13th July 2025: however, we may close the advert sooner if we get inundated with high-quality applications. So don’t delay your application, apply now – you’ll be glad you did.

We’re open to considering both full-time and part-time hours for this role
