Finance Manager

Ready to dive into retail accounts, reconciliations, data and process improvements?

As a Finance Manager on a 12-month FTC, you’ll make sure the revenue transactions for the UK, ROI and Netherland stores are seamless, you’ll play a key role in our accounting system, ensuring transactions are correctly accounted for and analysing data to review the impact of any missed or problematic transactions.

As our reconciliation guru, you’ll manage balance sheet and bank accounts, supporting our revenue and cash processes. You’ll also ensure store to store and Support Office recharges are processed accurately and on time. Leading a team of analysts and team leaders, you’ll implement top-notch controls and processes, your team will be known for achieving business targets and deadlines with accuracy. Creating a people-centric environment, you’ll lead the team with a clear career development direction.

Your mission – to make sure revenue transactions are processed quickly and aim for a daily, automated system. You’ll’ streamline recharges processes, driving improvement and standardisation. You’ll dive into data, ensuring actions align with company policies including root cause analysis where required. By reviewing KPI’s, statistics, and data, you’ll make informed decisions to boost performance and refine processes. You’ll work closely with the financial controller to leverage current technology, improving and streaming processes.

We’re looking for someone ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or nearly there) with a solid understanding of finance processes, controls and accounting standards. If you’ve got experience in people management, coaching and mentoring and you’re great at influencing key stakeholders and driving change, we want to hear from you.
