Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

The role

If you’re looking for a role where you can genuinely influence decision‑making, shape how financial insights are delivered, and lead a team that’s central to a global supply chain operation, this could be the perfect next step.

As our FP&A Manager for Supply Chain, you’ll lead, develop, and inspire a team of three, ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and analysis. You’ll play a central role in strengthening the partnership between Supply Chain Finance and the wider business, working closely with cost‑centre owners, functional leaders, Group FP&A and the Supply Chain Leadership Team.

Your ability to translate data into meaningful insights will help inform decisions that impact operations on a global scale.  You’ll bring a strong analytical mindset, commercial awareness and the confidence to influence stakeholders at all levels. As a qualified accountant with post‑qualification experience, you’ll be comfortable navigating complex information, balancing competing priorities and driving a culture of continuous improvement within the FP&A team. You’ll also help us evolve our approach to data and visualisation, ensuring we’re getting the most from the tools and technology available.

In this role, you’ll develop a deep understanding of our global supply chain and use it to deliver high‑quality management reporting and forward‑looking insight. You’ll oversee forecasting and budget cycles, support external audit processes, and produce board‑level materials that help steer our strategic direction. You’ll champion open communication, build trusted relationships and create an environment where your team can do their best work and develop rewarding careers.

We’re looking for someone who is collaborative, curious and commercially minded, someone who enjoys asking questions, uncovering the stories behind the numbers and using their expertise to help others make better decisions. Advanced Excel or Power BI skills are an added bonus, along with experience working in a global or matrixed environment.
