We’re here to help safeguard the profitability and reputation of every Specsavers business, and we’re looking for someone who shares that!

 

As an FRS Auditor and Trainer, you’ll be the friendly face of financial assurance, travelling across the UK to visit stores and build trusted relationships with our Joint Venture Partners (JVPs) and senior management. You’ll carry out Financial Health Checks, diving into the audit trail to uncover risks, assess processes, and offer practical advice that helps stores thrive. You’ll observe how cash handling and reconciliation are managed and use tools like Power BI and Excel to analyse data and spot patterns that others might miss.

 

Your findings will be shared through clear, insightful audit reports, packed with recommendations that partners can act on. You’ll also deliver one-to-one training in-store, helping teams understand how to manage financial risk confidently and effectively.

 

You’ll need a solid understanding of retail store systems – both till and back office – and strong analytical skills. You’re someone who can turn numbers into stories and influence others with your insights. You’ll need excellent communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and a willingness to travel extensively.
