Group Health and Safety Coordinator

You can be based at our Nottingham, Guernsey or Whiteley offices - 2-3 days a week onsite.

In this important role, you'll play a key part in strengthening our Group and Global Health & Safety frameworks, helping to keep our colleagues, partners and workplaces safe while supporting a business that continues to grow and evolve around the world. Working closely with our Group Health & Safety Manager and wider Global Risk team, you'll help coordinate and enhance Health & Safety activities across multiple regions. From monitoring compliance activities and coordinating reporting to tracking actions and supporting key governance processes, you'll play an important role in ensuring our health and safety management system remains effective, providing the visibility and oversight needed to manage risk effectively. You'll also play a valuable role in analysing trends, supporting incident follow-up, maintaining dashboards and sharing good practice across the business, helping to drive continuous improvement every step of the way.

To thrive in this role, you'll bring experience from a Health & Safety, Risk, Compliance or similar operational environment, along with a good understanding of governance and management system principles. You're highly organised, naturally proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You'll enjoy building relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, have strong communication skills and be confident working both independently and collaboratively. A NEBOSH general Certificate or equivalent qualification is essential, and IOSH membership, or a commitment to working towards it, will help you succeed.
