Are you ready to lead and innovate in the world of warehousing and distribution? If so, this role could be for you.
Our Manufacturing and Distribution Development team plays a crucial role in transforming and streamlining the entire product lifecycle, from production to delivery. As the Group Warehouse and Distribution Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll lead the strategic integration of warehouse and distribution functions, ensuring a seamless and agile process that meets the evolving needs of our customers and business.
In this role, you will design and implement integrated, flexible warehouse and distribution systems that align with business needs. You’ll develop solutions at both micro and macro levels, lead cross-functional projects, and define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Your leadership will foster a culture of best practices and continuous improvement, leveraging data analytics to monitor performance and guide process enhancements. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and partners to promote common practices and consistency across our global network.
You’ll bring a strategic and curious mindset that combines technical knowledge with a big picture understanding of warehouse and distribution. Your strong analytical skills will help identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions. You’ll be committed to continuous improvement, fostering innovation, and adopting best practices. Your proactive approach to leadership will inspire teams and lead change across departments, creating clarity and coping with ambiguity.
This role is home based and will require travel globally to meet business needs.
