Integrated Production Lead

Our Studio team is the creative heartbeat of our internal agency, producing print and digital marketing materials that reach millions. Now, we’re looking for an Integrated Production Lead to help us keep that heartbeat strong.

In this role, you’ll be the quality champion for everything we create. From print to digital, you’ll make sure every piece of artwork meets the highest standards, aligns with our brand, and feels unmistakably Specsavers. You’ll sign off work across all channel or guide others to do so while keeping templates and guidelines fresh and relevant across regions.

You won’t just manage projects; you’ll lead people. You’ll coach and develop a talented team of Production Artists, ensuring they have the skills, confidence, and support to shine. You’ll spot training needs, coordinate learning opportunities, and share creative inspiration to keep ideas flowing. Fairness matters here, so you’ll make sure work is distributed flexibly and skilfully across the team.

As part of the Studio Management team, you’ll help shape how we work. That means driving process improvements, championing collaboration, and fostering a culture where feedback is welcomed and wellbeing is prioritised. You’ll liaise with stakeholders, advise on timings, and build strong relationships that make delivery smooth and stress free.
