Junior MI Analyst

As a Junior MI Analyst, you’ll turn information into clear, meaningful insights that help improve customer experiences and operational performance. It’s a great opportunity to build your career in data and analytics while doing work that gives the customer a stronger voice in how we make decisions.

You’ll take ownership of regular reporting, finding ways to make it better while exploring the data for trends, behaviours and opportunities for improvement. Working with teams across our Contact Centre, Central Operations, Retail Operations and Customer Operations, you’ll get to understand real business challenges and translate them into insights people can act on. You’ll also support day-to-day operational performance and help make complex information easy to understand for a range of audiences.

You don’t need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you’re naturally curious, enjoy solving problems and have a keen eye for detail. You’ll bring some familiarity with data and reporting, strong communication skills and the confidence to take ownership of your work. An interest in developing your technical skills is important too, particularly across tools such as Power BI, SQL and basic Python.
