As our Leadership Development Programme Lead 12 Month FTC, you'll play a pivotal role in this mission by partnering with key stakeholders to design, cascade, launch and evaluate top-notch management and leadership development programmes. Your work will ensure our leaders are equipped with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.

 

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our Management & Leadership strategy, working closely with internal and external experts to create innovative learning solutions. Your ability to consult with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making will be crucial as you identify development needs and launch impactful programmes. You will cascade information, have a voice and be confident to share and build advocacy of our offerings. You'll build solutions against quality assurance standards and capability frameworks to ensure programmes and solutions are of the highest standard and impact.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in Management & Leadership Development, excellent communication skills, and proven experience scoping and designing learning solutions, including previous experience in creating instructional or digital learning solutions.  Exposure to developing accelerants, early careers or apprenticeship programmes would be great.
