The role

Ready to support the delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns across Brand, Audiology and Home Visits?

 

As a Marketing Executive, you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and trading activity across multiple channels, helping to drive brand awareness and consideration for Specsavers.

 

Working closely with the Brand Communications Lead and wider marketing teams, you’ll support the planning and execution of campaigns across broadcast, out of home, in-store, PR and social media. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure activity is aligned, well executed and delivered to a high standard.

 

You’ll provide day to day support to the team, assisting with campaign coordination, briefing, proofing and sign-off processes. You’ll help manage campaign communications, keep key documents up to date and ensure content and assets are delivered accurately and on time,

 

You’ll also support the operational aspects of marketing delivery, including processing purchase orders, managing invoices and supporting budget tracking. Alongside this, you’ll assist with the organisation of photo shoots, asset delivery and campaign logistics.

 

A key part of the role will involve working with product, clinical and operational teams to ensure all communications are accurate, compliant and aligned with brand guidelines. You’ll also play a role in managing in-store marketing materials, ensuring stock levels, messaging and assets are kept up to date.

 

You’ll take ownership of specific projects such as store literature, giveaways and competitor reporting, working collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver high quality outputs and continuous improvements.

 

We’re looking for someone proactive with outstanding organisational skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for marketing. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. A strong team player with excellent communication skills, you’ll have the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Self-motivated, a flexible can-do approach and able to take the initiative, you’ll be comfortable supporting the smooth delivery of marketing activity.
