As a Optical & Hearcare Assistant, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes customers and supports them throughout their visit. You’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while learning the ropes from experienced Opticians and Audiologists.

What you’ll be doing:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Provide advice on eyewear and hearing aid products, including style, function, and maintenance
• Help customers with hearing aid care, including battery changes and device cleaning
• Answering customer enquiries with professionalism and care

What we offer:

• £10.20-£12.41 an hour (depending on age)
• 30 hours over 5 days – 10am-4pm – weekend working is essential
