Specsavers Bybrook in Ashford is conveniently located inside Sainsbury’s on Simone Weil Avenue, just a short distance from Ashford International Station. The store is easily accessible via local bus routes, making commuting simple and stress-free. Plus, with ample free parking available on-site, visiting or working at the store couldn’t be easier. This modern, welcoming location offers a great environment for both customers and team members.

Our Team

Our store is home to a fantastic, well-established team passionate about delivering exceptional care. Training and progression are central to our culture, with colleagues regularly achieving new qualifications and expanding into areas like Hearcare and advanced clinical services. Many go on to complete additional courses, including wax removal and further professional development. This commitment to growth creates an inspiring, supportive environment where everyone can reach their full potential.

If you’ve got all these skills, we’d love for you to apply, but there’s also some desirable experience that could set you apart from the competition if you have it. This includes: 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
• Experience in optics or Audiology business 
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
