Our store

Located in the heart of Bristol city centre, Specsavers Bristol offers a fast-paced and exciting working environment, serving a diverse customer base from across the city and surrounding areas. The store benefits from excellent transport links, with regular bus services stopping nearby, making it easily accessible. Featuring 11 testing rooms, the store is a busy and well-equipped optical destination, providing a high standard of care to a large number of customers each week. Surrounded by a wide range of shops, restaurants and local amenities, the store is perfectly positioned in one of Bristol’s busiest retail destinations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a vibrant setting, delivering excellent customer service and being part of a thriving store team.

Our team   

You'll be joining a welcoming, experienced and supportive team who are passionate about delivering outstanding care and customer service. With a mix of optical professionals, customer service colleagues and management team members, there is always someone on hand to provide guidance and support. The team works collaboratively in a busy environment, creating a positive atmosphere where colleagues are encouraged to develop their skills, share knowledge and progress their careers. Whether you're new to optics or bringing previous experience, you'll be supported every step of the way as part of a friendly and motivated team.

What we’re looking for? 

Some of the responsibilities of this role include: 

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Measuring frames
• Taking phone call 

Previous experience working in an optical setting is required for this role
