Located in the vibrant Clifton area of Bristol, the Specsavers store is situated in a popular and busy high street location, surrounded by a variety of shops, cafés, and local amenities. The store benefits from excellent public transport links, making it easily accessible for both customers and colleagues. Equipped with modern testing facilities and the latest optical technology, the store is committed to delivering outstanding patient care and a high-quality customer experience. Our team

The team at Specsavers Clifton is friendly, supportive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer care. Working closely together across both the optical and audiology departments, colleagues create a welcoming and professional environment for customers and each other. The store is committed to developing its people, offering ongoing training, support, and opportunities for career progression. Whether you're new to optics or bringing previous experience, you'll be joining a collaborative team that values teamwork, learning, and providing the very best service to the local community.

What we’re looking for? 

Some of the responsibilities of this role include: 

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Measuring frames
• Taking phone call 

Previous experience working in an optical setting is required for this role
