Optical Assistant

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Based in our busy and newly refurbished Burgess Hill store, we have fantasic public transport links and free parking a short walk away.

We have a wonderful team of 22 dedicated people in our store ready and waiting for you to meet.  We regularly socialise together and look forward to meeting you!

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:  

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
• Experience in optics business 
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
