As an Optical Assistant at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.

Based in Crawley, our store has great public transport links being located close to both the Crawley bus and train stations

What we’re looking for?

Some of the skills we’re looking for include:

• Previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant 
• Passion for providing excellent customer service
• Teamworking
• IT confident
• Excellent communication and listening
• Ability to adapt and develop
