Optical Assistant

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Based in the bustling Princes Mead Shopping Centre, our Specsavers Farnborough store is easily accessible, just a 5-minute walk from Farnborough train station, and well-served by local bus routes. There’s also convenient parking nearby for those who drive.

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:  

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
• Experience in optics business 
• Knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
