Optical Assistant

So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve had previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Located right in the heart of Hove, our busy store is ideally placed for convenience and accessibility.
We’re just a short walk from Hove Train Station and the store is well-served by local bus routes. If you’re driving, there are parking options nearby, making commuting easy whether you’re local or travelling in.

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include:  

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
• Experience in optics or Audiology business 
• Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology.
