So, you’re a proactive people person ready to be the friendly face our stores need? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. If you have current or previous optical experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, this Optical Assistant role could be perfect for you.  

As an Optical Assistant, you’ll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products and services alongside your incredible customer service skills, to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.

Our store

Based in the city of Stirling, our store offers great facilities, including 5 test rooms, onsite lab, plus all the equipment you need to excel in your role, along with great public transport and motorway links.

Our team 

We have a wonderful team of 38 dedicated and professional people in our store who are ready and waiting to meet you.

What we’re looking for? 

If this is still sounding like a bit of you, we do need you to have a few skills to get started as an Optical Assistant. These include: 

•    Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment 
•    Experience in optics or Audiology business 
•    Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
