What does the role involve?

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Measuring frames
• Taking phone calls 

This includes: 

• Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Previous optical experience is preferred but not essential
