  • Passion for developing clinical teams and future talent
  • Appetite to maximise clinical excellence, FARs and EOS opportunities
  • Willingness to be hands‑on and visible within a mature, experienced team
  • Flexibility to support key growth times, including 2 Sundays out of 6
