50% Optometry Partner - Specsavers Pimlico - £30,000 partner loan

We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new business in our Greater London Division, Specsavers Pimlico.

The store is due to open in Summer 2025 and will operate with 3 / 4 test rooms and will occupy the ground floor of a property located on 26 Warwick Way. This store is linked with Victoria, which is 0.3 miles away.  Due to being a linked store, with a 25% Optom Partner and 25% Retail Partner already in place in preparation for the opening, we are now looking for a 50% Optom Partner at Pimlico.  This is a great opportunity to work with existing partners of a well-established store, whilst focussing on building your own success in a brand new store and building your own team.

Pimlico is an area in the City of Westminster, central London.  The property is in the heart of the Pimlico retail district; the Warwick Way retail parade comprises of a mix of national retailers - Tesco Express adjacent, Little Waitrose and Domino’s opposite, along with independent retailers.  As well as traditional retail, there are many service providers and restaurants attracting a diverse mix of people.  The closest underground and train station is at Victoria, a 7-minute walk away.  The current MS in the primary catchment is 45.7%, if we only look at the immediate postcodes on the same side of the river, the population is over 85,000 and the MS is 39%.  The Pimlico demographic and local area is very different to nearby Victoria, so a store here will help us provide high-quality, affordable eyecare and hearcare accessible to all.
