Property Executive Coordinator

ContractTypeAndDuration

Full Time, Fixed Term Contract

The role

Our Property team at Specsavers is growing, which is why this 6 month FTC has been created. As our business continues to grow, the scale and complexity of our property activity is increasing, from lease renewals to new acquisitions and estate strategy. To support that growth, we’re expanding the team and looking for an experienced Coordinator who can step into a role at the centre of it all.

This isn’t a traditional coordination or support role. You’ll work directly with our Director of Property, acting as a trusted partner in a fast-moving, commercially focused environment. Your days will vary, but at the heart of it, you’ll be helping bring structure, clarity and momentum to a function responsible for a large and diverse estate.

This is mainly a remote working position, however there will be times that you’ll need to go into our Nottingham support office, therefore, you must be within easy travel distance.

You’ll manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring time is focused on the right priorities, whether that’s growth activity, lease renewals, or strategic initiatives. You’ll anticipate what’s needed, prepare briefings, and make sure key decisions are well-informed and happen at pace. Alongside this, you’ll support a significant lease renewal programme – tracking milestones, coordinating meetings, maintaining visibility of critical dates, and ensuring actions are followed through.

There’s also a strong operational side to the role. You’ll help coordinate activity across a busy property portfolio, supporting everything from renewals and relocations to acquisitions and landlord engagement. You’ll pull together board and executive materials, organise senior-level meetings, and ensure agendas, papers and outputs are clear, high quality and commercially relevant.

You’ll be a key connector across the team, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners such as agents, landlords and consultants. Communication is a big part of the role which can include drafting updates, keeping everyone aligned, and making sure everything is up to date.

To really succeed in this role, you’ll already have experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, complex environment. You’ll be confident operating at pace, juggling multiple priorities, and working with a high degree of autonomy and trust.

We’re looking for someone who is flexible in how they work and able to adapt as priorities shift. No two days will look the same, so being comfortable responding to change, switching focus quickly, and staying calm under pressure is key. Alongside this, you’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and external partners.

This is a role for someone who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and follows things through. You’ll enjoy bringing order to complexity and will naturally build strong relationships across the business. In return, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of a growing team, contribute to a high-profile estate programme, and play a visible role in how the Property function delivers its ambitions.

If you’re an experienced coordinator or executive support professional looking for your next step and you want to be part of a team that’s growing, evolving and making a real impact – we’d love to hear from you. Bring your experience, your flexibility, and your ability to stay one step ahead, and help us shape what comes next.
