Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant (known as a Trainee Optical Assistant in the world of Specsavers), you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day.  
Optics experience is preferred but not essential but you will need a passion for excellence in customer service!

What we’re looking for?

Some of the responsibilities of this role include (don't worry we'll give you all the training you'll need): 

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients 
• Providing style advice
• Taking phone calls
